 1920s-30s 18ct Gold and Platinum Diamond and Sapphire Ring. Central blue-green sapphire of 1.14cts surrounded by 0.50cts of diamonds, VS-SI clarity, G-I colour. Mounted in solid platinum and 18K gold. Finger size UK N - N 1/2 (USA 7).
