How to Order and Paying for your Purchase

Buying from our website is easy and convenient. Simply click the "Add to Cart" button for the item you would like to buy, and when you have finished your shopping, click the Show Cart button at the top right of each page, which will lead you to the Checkout so that you can complete your purchase.

You can pay for your item:

• by credit or debit card via PayPal, a secure and convenient method of payment,
• or GBP cheque / postal order.
• Overseas international cheques and postal orders are also accepted (a £10 conversion charge is levied for overseas cheques or postal orders).
• Payment can also be made by bank transfer.

Shipping

Shipping is free both within the United Kingdom and worldwide for all items purchased from the website.

Items are normally posted by Special delivery if you are within the UK, or by International Signed For shipping if you are outside of the UK. Special delivery within the UK is normally a next working day of posting delivery, with International Signed For shipping normally taking between just three and seven days.

All items are professionally and securely packaged by ourselves prior to dispatch.

Please satisfy yourself as to your country's customs regulations and import duties.

Our Guarantee / Returns

We guarantee all of our items to be as shown and described on our website, with the details provided correct. With each item purchased you will receive a receipt detailing the specifics of the purchase and the price paid.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, simply notify us within 7 days of receipt, whereupon you are welcome to return the item (assuming it has not been damaged and reasonable care has been taken whilst in your possession) for a full refund excluding the cost of return insured shipping.

Refunds will be made via the same method that payment was sent.

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a UK buyer.
